Sun, surf and sand

The girls and I went to the beach and we had a blast. Soaking in the sun, applying loads of sunscreen (just me actually, everyone else is tan), watching the hott lifeguards, reading nonsense magazines, eating at the Crab Deck, etc. It was a most enjoyable day!

Go Team Mitt!

Congrats to Kim and her internship with the Romney campaign! You better believe that I will be getting a free T shirt and bumper sticker! And a tour of HQ in Boston! And a weekend at the Romney cabin! And....well I'll settle for the T shirt.

Have fun Kimmie!

Sarah and I just bought plane tickets to Israel! I can't believe it. I am super jazzed about this trip. August 25th we are heading to the Holy Land.
The plan is to see Jerusalem, Galilee, Eliat and Petra, Tel Aviv, and anything else we can see. If you have any brilliant suggestions please let me know.

3177 Stafford St!

We signed the lease and it is official! We are moving to 3177 Stafford St. Move in date is Aug 1 and I am super excited. It is an adorable townhouse and I will be living there with Sarah and Chelsea. I am already planning on how to decorate and use all the great free furniture that I have acquired. So now I just need to bust out the sewing machine and get going on curtains for our front room and then I can post some pictures.

Once we're set up you will be invited to our house warming party!

Thank you, thank you very much......

The other day I found a free futon on the colonial listserv and decided to call and see if I could get it. (I don't really care for futons, but hey something is better than nothing!) So I showed up to pick it up and the guy was getting rid of all of his furniture. Just giving it away for free! So I went planning on getting a futon and I came home with a truck full of four kitchen chairs, a kitchen table and a queen size futon. To quote my friend Chelsea: "You are the most amazing free furniture finder I know! If there was an Olympic sport you’d have the gold for sure."
